  • Complaints

    Our employees are committed to providing the best dental care for all our clients. If it happens that you think that we have informed or treated you incorrectly or negligently, please contact us so that we can discuss the situation with you.

  • Complaints procedure

    If we can not come to a satisfactory solution together, you can go to the ANT complaints procedure to which we are affiliated. This regulation complies with the requirements that the Healthcare Industry Complaints Complaint Act places on every care provider. There are no costs associated with the complaints procedure. There are two options:

    Under the guidance of two experts from the Regional Mediation Council, a solution is sought for both parties. If the mediation is successful, the outcome is recorded in writing and the complaint is settled.

  • Dental care for seniors

    We are also more accessible for seniors with a new treatment room on the ground floor. The accessibility has thus been enormously improved for patients with a wheelchair, walker and reduced mobility. Dentist Stef de Grood will treat our senior patients with great care.

  • Formal complaint handling

    If you do not appreciate mediation or if the mediation attempt fails, you can ask the ANT to handle your complaint by the Central Complaints Committee. You and your dentist will then be invited to a hearing. This is followed by the verdict of the Central Complaints Committee. If there is reason to do so, the Central Complaints Committee can make a recommendation to the dentist. The purpose of such a recommendation is for the dentist to take measures to improve the quality of his dental practice, his practice organization such as his performance and information to patients. The Central Complaints Committee cannot impose compensation.

  • Information point

    If you wish to receive more information about dentistry and dental treatments, you can visit www.allesoverhetgebit.nl or call the Tandheelkundig Informatiepunt (TIP, tel: 0900 202 5012, € 0.15 per minute). Both provide independent information and were established by the professional organization ANT.

  • Insurance

    It does not matter for a dentist how and / or you are insured. Upon request, the dentist will provide you with an estimate for the treatment if you wish.
    There are major differences in the amount of reimbursement between health insurance companies in the Netherlands. That is why it is advisable to contact your health care provider for further information.

  • Payment method

    In our practice we work together with a factoring company that sends our bills for us (Famed). You can also pay the bills directly at the counter. This can be done by PIN or cash. If you have any questions or comments about your bill, please contact Famed: 0900 – 0885 (0.90 cents per call).

  • Pregnancy

    If you are pregnant you can certainly make an appointment at the dentist. The only thing that needs to be taken into account are protective measures when taking X-rays. It is good to visit the dentist during pregnancy. Because hormonal change gives you extra chance of gum inflammation for example. The oral hygienist can also help you with this.
