Draw up and discuss care plan
Carrying out research, making a diagnosis and drawing up a care plan that also includes the patient’s need for care. This is necessary, for example, for new patients or patients whose dental condition has changed a significant amount (e.g. due to dental wear). This performance also concerns the assessment of (externally) made (X-ray) photos. The care plan can be intended for the direct implementation of a treatment plan as well as defining the patient’s wishes and treatment strategy for the short and/or long term. The performance also includes referring the patient to other care providers for the execution of (sub) plans. The care plan sets targets per element(s). This can lead to additional research.
