Making a plate (mouth guard) that encloses the dental row to protect against damage in various sports, such as boxing and hockey. This performance includes making dental impressions, recording the dental situation, placing, instructing the consumer and two months aftercare.
Including any necessary impression of the lower jaw for occlusion fixation.
The material and/or technical costs will be charged separately.
