Cast core, direct method
During this treatment, the pin is placed in the canal, the rest around it is replenished with synthetic resin. Then the tooth-resin is drilled off until there is a stump for making a crown. The stylus with the synthetic resin goes to the laboratory as a model. The laboratory produces the work entirely in precious metal.
